Xur’s Inventory Destiny 2 – March 29th To April 2nd

xur

Xur has returned to once again offer us all the chance to proceed along the Invitation of the Nine quest, as well as acquire some exotic goods to help us with our collections. This week he’s in the Tower Hanger, so head left from Spawn in the normal place, and you’ll see him skulking around on the stairs behind the Dead Orbit area. Let’s dive in and look at his wares.

Exotic Hand Cannon: Sunshot – 29 Legendary Shards

We’ve already done our own in-depth look at Sunshot, which is definitely worth checking out before you purchase it. The stats on Sunshot are as follows.

  • Impact – 80
  • Range – 47-74
  • Stability – 50-68
  • Magazine Size – 8
  • Reload Speed – 75
  • Handling – 92

The hidden stats on Sunshot are as follows.

  • Zoom – 14
  • Inventory Size – 53
  • Aim Assistance – 60
  • Recoil Direction – 108

The Exotic perk on Sunshot, Sunburn, makes it fire explosive rounds that also highlight any target that takes damage from it. The only other perk you’re likely to see on the weapon is Sun Blast, which explodes enemies killed by Sunshot, making them shower Solar energy on nearby foes.

Exotic Hunter Helmet: Foetracer – 23 Legendary Shards

This base game Exotic might not look like much but it’s worth considering, boosting Mobility. The Exotic perk, Relentless Tracker, marks targeted enemies visually, and deals more damage to marked enemies with low health.

Exotic Warlock Gauntlets: Sunbracers – 23 Legendary Shards

There’s no other way to describe the way these look other than incredible, boosting Recovery or Mobility. The Exotic perk, Helium Spirals, increases the duration of your Solar Grenades. Melee kills will also grant unlimited Solar Grenade energy for you for a limited time.

Exotic Titan Helmet: Helm of Saint-14 – 23 Legendary Shards

This is an iconic Helmet in the Destiny universe, boosting Resilience or Recovery. The Exotic perk, Starless Night, blinds enemies that enter Ward of Dawn, and provides an overshield to all allies that pass through it. Guarding with Sentinel Shield will also blind nearby enemies.

This week we also have the chance to take up another Invitation of the Nine, which is pretty important if you care about Destiny 2’s lore. We’ll have a guide up on what this week’s quest step is and how you proceed through it over the weekend.

Let us know what you pick up this week in the comments.

I'm an avid Destiny 2 fan and player. I fell in love with Destiny 1 during the early alpha and have been hooked by the universe ever since. I really enjoy playing with other Guardians, speculating about the lore, and writing about as much of the Destiny universe as I can.
