Xur’s Inventory Destiny 2 – March 20th To 24th 2020

Xur is back in Destiny 2 once again, bringing loads more Exotic wares to the game for Guardians to purchase and smash each other with in Trials of Osiris. This week he’s on Io, in Giant’s Scar. Head straight through the bunker from spawn, and stick to the left, you’re looking for a deep dark cave that Xur is lurking in. Let’s check out what he has this week.

Exotic Fusion Rifle: Queenbreaker – 29 Legendary Shards

Queenbreaker is a Linear Fusion Rifle that was added with the Forsaken Expansion. We’ve already done our own in-depth look at whether Queenbreaker is the best Exotic Fusion Rifle or not. Check that out before buying it. For now, we’ll jump into the basics.

Perks

• Intrinsic perk: Wire Rifle – Fires a long-range blinding bolt at enemies.
• Hip-Fire Grip – Increased accuracy and stability when firing from the hip.

Exotic Hunter Gauntlets: Oathkeeper – 23 Legendary Shards

This is another Forsaken Exotic, and it’s pretty useful when you’re using a Bow in PVP (hint hint Trials of Osiris fans). The Intrinsic perk, Adamantine Brace, allows you to hold your Bow’s charge indefinitely. I can’t stress how bloody useful this is, buy this Exotic.

Exotic Titan Leg Armour: Mk. 44 stand Asides – 23 Legendary Shards

This Exotic is an old one, added with Curse of Osiris. The Intrinsic perk, Seriously, Watch Out, gives you an overshield when you sprint with full health with Seismic Strike, Hammer Strike, or Shield Bash equipped. Any hits with those abilities will recharge a part of your melee energy.

Exotic Warlock Gauntlets: Ophidian Aspect – 23 Legendary

Another Exotic added with Curse of Osiris, so pretty damn old. The Intrinsic perk, Cobra Totemic, extends melee range and makes weapons ready and reload extremely quickly.

Our Take

This week is another good week for PVP Guardians. There’s a lot to like, but the Hunter Exotic and the Exotic weapon really are the highlights. If you only purchase one item this week, make it one of those. Otherwise, get what your collection needs, and fill it up.
