Destiny Universe Timeline Gets A Season Of The Worthy Update

Season of the Worthy has finally been added to the Destiny Universe Timeline, and it really is worth checking in to review it.

The Destiny Universe Timeline has just been updated to include Season of the Worthy, and it really is something else. If you weren’t aware, the timeline is a colossal image that records every single event in the Destiny universe, from the birth of all life, right up until where we now are in Season of the Worthy.

IF you don’t like spoilers and still have a lot of content to unlock, and lore to read, maybe give this a miss. For everyone else, check out the insane image that is this timeline.

As you can see, I wasn’t joking. This image is massive, and the best part really is the section at the end. There you can find the current issue we find ourselves facing. The Pyramid ships of the Darkness have closed in on Titan. The flavour text really does it for me, “well shit..”.

Honestly though, what else should be there other than sheer panic and acceptance that we’re all going to die? The Darkness is a brutal enemy that seems to have ended countless races around the universe. What is humanity and the Guardians to them?

We recently reported that it seems as though Bungie is about to destroy Titan. With the Darkness Pyramids closing in, and the fact that there’s an Emblem that seems to be available for only a limited amount of time, this theory is looking more and more likely.

However, bungie could also be taking Titan out of the loop for a while. Whatever happens at the end of Season of the Worthy might just cause the Darkness Pyramids to pause out by Titan, or they could choose to stop by Titan by choice. No one knows what they’re planning, but it’s probably all bad.

At this point, we all need to face the reality that something huge is coming at the end of the current season. Bungie is getting ready to make a bit move, and that move will shake the entire game’s foundations.

I think that they’re more likely to remove a planet because of the Darkness Pyramids than destroy it, but what do you think? Let us know your theories for what the heck is happening in the comments.

I'm an avid Destiny 2 fan and player. I fell in love with Destiny 1 during the early alpha and have been hooked by the universe ever since. I really enjoy playing with other Guardians, speculating about the lore, and writing about as much of the Destiny universe as I can.

It looks to me like they will remove titan from the game for awhile while they build the next campaign add-on and then when its released it will contain a story vs the darkness with new raid etc. Whatever you have left to get done on titan. Get it done now is my advice!

I’m really hoping that they end up with the almighty being the real good guy and the traveler being the evil one.

Just like fairy tales, all stories have two versions and nobody believes they are the bad guy in their own story.
