For those Hunters who want to use our new Stasis powers in raids, this one’s for you.

This Stasis Build Will Be Amazing In Deep Stone Crypt - Destiny 2 Beyond Light

In Destiny 2: Beyond Light, a number of new exotic armor pieces have been released, two for each class. With this, new build possibilities have come up, many of which can be useful for the Deep Stone Crypt raid.

This specific build uses the Mask of Bakris, the new Hunter-specific Exotic Helmet that replaces our Dodge ability with a Shift, much like Blink works on a Warlock. Another benefit of this helmet is that it increases the damage of our arc weapons by 10% for 10 seconds after Shifting. Your Shift ability won’t recharge until this damage increase runs out, however.

The Fragments we’ll be using for this build are just as important as the exotic itself. Equip Whisper of Hedrons for another 25% bonus to weapon damage after freezing a target with Stasis. Since both the Mask and the Fragments count as modifiers, this bonus to weapon damage will actually stack with the damage increase from our Shift.

Our second Fragment will be Whisper of Refraction. This will give us increased class ability energy from defeating slowed or frozen targets. Perfect for regaining our Shift as fast as possible.

What ties this all together is an add-clearing weapon that deals arc damage. I chose the Seventh Seraph VY-7, for its ability to create Warmind Cells with the Global Reach armor mod, further increasing our add-clearing capabilities.

Finally, we need to pair this with some Charged with Light mods to further increase our lethality. We will use Reactive Pulse to spend our charges, which unleashes a powerful pulse of Arc energy when you take damage while surrounded.

After some testing, the add-clearing capabilities of this build are insane. Freeze enemies with your grenade and shurikens, Shift around the battlefield, and watch your Arc weapon melt through enemies!
