Get the Micro Mini Sparrow In Destiny 2 Today Before It Goes
With Solstice of Heroes 2019 now in full swing, you might be wondering how to get your hands on the incredible mini Sparrow, Micro Mini.
With Solstice of Heroes 2019 now in full swing, you might be wondering how to get your hands on the incredible mini Sparrow, Micro Mini. This Sparrow is awesome for a few reasons, but I don’t think there’s anything that tops the way you look while riding it. Honestly, it makes you look like Shrek riding Donkey in Destiny 2, and that’s just not something you think about every day!
The Micro Mini Sparrow is actually easier to acquire than you might think. You just have to head to the Eververse store and purchase it for the whopping price of 2,500 Bright Dust. This is actually the first Solstice of Heroes event not to have a specific Engram that can award cosmetics with it, because they’re all directly available for purchase. As such, there’s no way you can avoid spending Bright Dust to get this awesome little Sparrow.
The Micro Mini Sparrow is available, guaranteed, in the Eververse store until today, the weekly reset. I think you can see where I’m going with this. After today, the 6th of August 2019, we don’t know when the Micro Mini Sparrow, possibly the best Sparrow ever to appear in Destiny 2, will be available again. The store could reset with loads of other items, and keep the Micro Mini Sparrow in the background, or it could disappear from the store entirely.
I don’t want to alarm you, but it might take the whole Destiny 2 community spewing rage at Bungie on every social media to bring Micro Mini back to the Eververse store for the final week of the event. But if you’re dead set on not spending any real money on it, and you have almost enough Bright Dust, there are a couple of things you could do.
First, equip a Ghost Shell that boosts your EXP gains. This will mean you acquire more Bright Engrams in the time between reading this article and the Destiny 2 weekly reset. If you dismantle everything you earn from those Engrams, you might just get enough Bright Dust to purchase the Micro Mini Sparrow.
Second, compete some Eververse Bounties. These are generally pretty easy, and if you target them in the time you have playing today then you could just get enough Bright Dust to purchase this sweet ride.
Finally, and this isn’t an option I put out there lightly, you could go through your Vault and inventory, and delete all the items that will award Bright Dust. I know, as a collector myself I’m ashamed to even suggest it. On the bright side you can easily acquire these items after Shadowkeep launches because they won’t require Bright Dust anymore!
Let us know if you managed to pick up Micro Mini while it was in the Eververse store for the first week of Solstice of Heroes in the comments.
