Destiny 2 Shadow Price God Rolls You Need For PvE And PvP
What rolls you want on Shadow Price.
Shadow Price is a Legendary Arc auto rifle that is one of the rising stars filling the gap left by all of those weapons that Bungie removed with their infusion caps. Despite it being as old as Destiny 1, this is a great weapon with the right set of perks on it. Now, you can say that of any weapon, but there are enough Guardians talking about this one that it’s made us take note. As a result, the following are the best rolls you can get on Shadow Price to own in PvE and PvP.
Perfect PvE Roll For Shadow Price
This weapon has a couple of perfect god rolls for PvE. The ideal one may vary depending on what the rest of your loadout looks like. The one we’ve chosen is as follows.
- Extended Barrel – Increases range and stability but decreases handling
- Tactical Mag – Increases reload speed and magazine size and slightly increases stability
- Feeding Frenzy – Each rapid kill progressively increases reload speed
- Swashbucker – Melee kills and kills with Shadow Price increase its damage
Let’s break this down. The increased range and stability from your barrel should make up for any handling you lose. In PvE activities, particularly Nightfall: The Ordeal Strikes, it’s more about killing from a distance anyway.
Reload speed can be the difference between a successful Strike and a team wipe. If you can get a few more shots in when it counts, then that will save your team. That’s why Tactical Mag works so well for PvE.
Feeding Frenzy further pushes your reload speed with the more kills you can get. It’s a great way to ensure that you’re almost constantly firing into the hordes of enemies heading your way.
Finally, Swashbucker is the damage booster here. Getting melee kills is what you resort to when surrounded, and here you can make that boost your damage from Shadow Price as well. Even using Shadow Price will increase your damage, meaning you can kill smaller enemies and then destroy a boss in mere seconds afterwards.
Perfect PvP Roll For Shadow Price
PvP is a completely different game in Destiny 2. Your weapons need to have advantages in different areas than they do in PvE. With that in mind, we’ve got a roll here that’s going to help you push your PvP game.
- Polygonal Rifling – Increases stability
- Steady Rounds – Greatly increases stability and decreases range
- Killing Wind – Final blow kills will provide increases mobility, handling, and range for a short time
- Disruption Break – Using Shadow Price to break an enemy’s shield will make them more vulnerable to kinetic damage for a short period of time
Breaking it down again, the increased stability is essential for nailing those shots on enemy Guardians. That’s a no-brainer.
Steady Rounds provides more stability, but it does lower that range. Still, this won’t be too much of a problem if you’re getting in close.
Killing Wind is just a general booster for getting kills. It’s actually insane how powerful it is. Having this on you at any point in time will only serve to boost you in PvP.
Finally, Disruption Break is a perk that’s perfect for PvP. Smashing an enemy Guardian’s shield means that they’re basically doomed. You can do some serious damage when using this perk set in PvP.
Those are the two best god rolls for Shadow Price we can find. Let us know what you think of them in the comments.
