Is it Possible to go Flawless in the Solo Queue in Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris?

Depends how good you are.

Bungie added a solo queue to Trials of Osiris in Destiny 2 with Season of the Lost. It’s been so popular that it’s brought the Guardian numbers all the way back up to their levels of popularity in Destiny 1, when the game mode was first debuted. That was when it was really big, so you know all the changes that have been made have done something to make the activity great again. However, I’ve been wondering if it’s possible to even get through the solo queue and go flawless.

Going flawless is basically getting through all seven matches in Trials of Osiris without being defeated. This means you’ve got to win three rounds in every match, meaning your enemies don’t get a win in at all. Doing this as a solo Guardian must be the most difficult thing in the world, not just in Destiny 2. However, it’s apparently been done. Guardians are reporting that they’ve been able to get through this, but I think there’s a question of balance.

There are two possible ways to get through the solo queue flawless. First, you use something like win trading. This is a system where Emblems are being used to indicate whether someone is open for losing to another Guardian or wants to get a win. It’s not massively complicated, and there’s nothing Bungie can do to get around it.

However, this takes away from those incredibly skilled individuals who actually can get through all of the matches that they’re put up against and come out on top. It might sound pretty difficult, but it does happen. These Guardians are likely streamers or content creators, those who have more time than is reasonable for anyone else to have in Destiny 2.

So technically, yes, there are two ways to go flawless in Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris. However, to actually pull it off, you’ve either got to spend more time than you’ve ever thought possible in the game, or use a cheating system that works around everything that the activity stands for. At least you come out with some good loot at the end of it though.

Let us know if you’re a machine that’s been able to get through Trials of Osiris flawless int he solo queue, we’d love to hear from you.

I'm an avid Destiny 2 fan and player. I fell in love with Destiny 1 during the early alpha and have been hooked by the universe ever since. I really enjoy playing with other Guardians, speculating about the lore, and writing about as much of the Destiny universe as I can.
